| Bransfords 'Barra Buster Promotion' - February & March 2007 |
|
The Results have been drawn, check out the winners here!!
Bransfords tackle Shop at Clifton Beach will be featuring their annual Barra Buster promotion during February and
March to co-incide with the opening of the barra season. This years prize tally tops $7,000 and owner, Keith Graham,
claims this to be the biggest in-store promotion in any tackle store in North Queensland.
To enter any customer needs to spend a minimum of $30 to go in the draw, which will be on April 1st, the more times
a customer spends the more entries they have in the barrel.
The first prize is an all expenses paid trip to the Aurukun Wetlands to fish on board the comfortable M.V.Pikkuw for
a full weeks barra fishing. There is little doubt that the rivers of the Aurukun Wetlands offer the very best barra
fishing in the country with double figure captures experienced most days. The value of this trip is $5,000 and the
lucky winner is sure to have a trip to remember.
The remaining four prizes are top shelf Barra Combos from Shimano, (Calcutta 400B plus Raider Rod), Daiwa (Luna 253
plus Procyon Rod), L.Wilson (Live Fibre Barra Rod), Penn (Spinfisher 650 spin reel plus Rod) and 20 prizes of 10 x Rob Gaden Lure packs.
In addition to these great prizes there will be TWO ABU Reevo Reels awarded to the two most meritorious
Barra weighed in at Bransfords, (or photos sent in to PO Box 405, Clifton Beach 4879 of any barra caught in the Far
North from February 1st 2007 that is released or could not be brought in to weigh). If you send in a photo there must
be a signed affidavit from a witness to the capture.
Any customers who place a phone order during Feb/March will automatically go in the draw.
Keith Graham said, “Last years Barra Buster promotion attracted over 7,000 entries for the prizes and 39 entries for
the Most Meritorious Barra capture, with the prize pool being considerably more this year we hope to attract a record
level of entries. The very best of luck to our current and prospective new customers”.
