Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping and delivery methods are carried out using Australia Post from our Bansfords store in Clifton Beach. All our shipments are covered by standard Australia Post insurance, and customers can take out additional freight insurance at an extra cost, for deliveries within Australia. Where we have agreements in place with suppliers that can ship to you, our customers, direct from their warehouse, your goods are still covered by our insurance policies if you select the extra insurance on freight option.

Privacy & Security
We take your privacy seriously. Any information we collect is transmitted and stored securely using 256k SSL encryption. We do not store any Credit Card details on our systems, as we use a fully PCI certified rovider to handle all our credit card transactions.Our payment Gateway and Merchant facilities use the 3D Secure system which enables the "Verified by VISA"  and "MasterCard SecureCode" services for your added protection. 

Returns & Replacements
Our Replacement policies follow the Australian Consumer acts and regulations where applicable. If the item is faulty when you received it, we will replace it at no cost to you, except for freight charges to return the defective item to us. We will post a new replacement item at no charge, if the item is found faulty by our staff. Some products are covered by additional warranties, which are outlined in the product listings.

Ordering
When you order a product with us through our website, you accept our Privacy Policy, and accept that we have to collect certain information about you to be able to fullfill your order. Our warehouse operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, and all processing of orders and customer service is done during this time. We aim to have your order and payment confirmed, packed and shipped within one business day of receiving it, stock permitting.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit and debit card payments. Our prices as advertised on our store is the actual amount you will be charged when you make a purchase at Bransfords Tackle Shop. We do not add or place any hidden costs or surcharges on the transaction after the purchase. Pricing of items does change from time to time, and you are charged for the price VALID AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Any promotional offers at Bransfords are valid for limited time periods. To avoid disappointment, please place purchase of discounted and/or promotional goods while they are valid. IF you purchase an item at full price, and it later becomes available at a discount, we are unable to provide you any refunds or chargebacks.

Viewing Orders
Your orders placed are available to view in the My Account page, after you have logged into the website. You can download invoices, orders and item summaries in PDF if you wish to do so.

Updating Account Information
We encourage you to always keep your account information up to date and valid, so you do not miss out on advertised specials.
