It was time to invent a new method for quickly attaching a garfish, or strip bait, to a weighted rig to troll for mackerel or any other pelagic predators. This is it, the Quick-Rig allows you to rig a bait in less than 30 seconds, which means more fishing time and less rigging time! The flouro coloured lead head not only keeps the bait low in the water whilst you troll at up to 10 knots, it is an attractant for pelagics.

We have been developing this product for 12 months and have caught Spaniards to 18 kilos, G.T’s to 22 kilos, Jobfish to 7 kilos and Coral trout to 4.8 kilos. They are easy to use and more importantly; They CATCH fish !!!

The hooks are forged stainless steel which gives the rig a much longer life.

To rig a garfish similar to the picture above, just snap off it’s bill. Place the hard stainless wire through the top and bottom jaws. Clip over the rubber band, and away you go...you can’t get simpler that that!
