Designed by Bransfords this lure is hand crafted from timber with an aluminium bib. It dives with a tight wiggle and side shimmy to 2.5 metres and is just as successful as a trolling lure as it is as a casting lure.

Voted the best barra lure in North Queensland, the handmade timber Tropical Rogue is an icon! Ever the perfectionists, we recently decided to change the bib design on this classic. Why change the bib you ask??

The traditional aluminium bibs do not ‘flex’ when hitting snags or rocks so it can be a little hard to re-tune. That’s why we opted to design a new LEXAN bib that is both durable and flexible. The incredible tight wiggling action of the Tropical Rogue has not in any way been changed so this must have lure that has been responsible for a number of World record captures continues with an improved construction.

Both the 3” and 4” rogues will be available with the new LEXAN bib AND we have made a few colour changes in a brilliant Matte Finish that allows more detail and a harder shell finish.

The colours we have available for our Tropical Rouge range is incredible. When ordering, you can specify general colours like "golden", "blue" or "greenish", or you can pick one of these specific model names: Nilsy Blue, Bleeding Mullet, Gold, Nilsy Brown, Elton John, Multi, Pearly Pink, Grey Mullet, Green Stripe Yellow, Green Stripe Green, Red Devil, Black Magic.
